The amount of tea and hot water used, hot water temperature and waiting time
are the important points to preparing delicious tea.
For any type of tea, the water is first boiled, then cooled to the proper
temperature depending on the type of tea and poured.
The tea set should be preheated. When pouring from the teapot to the teacups,
small amounts should be poured into each individual cup in a circular motion
until all cups are full and the last drop is “squeezed out” of the teapot. |
